From day one we’ve always strived to provide the highest quality teachers from around the world to create the best possible community of teachers and learners. Because of this mission, we’ve made the difficult decision to increase prices so that we may continue to provide for our high-quality teachers and make sure they are paid fairly for their talents in the future. Starting on January 1st, our lesson prices for new lessons will be increasing to $39 for half-hour lessons and $74 for hour lessons to raise wages for our teachers.
We know everyone in our community, from our teachers to our students, has been impacted by increasing costs of living, and we understand these increases may be difficult. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Find below answers to common questions regarding your current lessons, subscriptions, and purchasing new lessons. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions.
While our pricing for new lessons will be increasing on January 1st, any lesson credits that you have already paid for or purchase before January 1st will notincrease and will never expire. Any lessons that you already have scheduled and paid for will also not be affected.
From now until January 1st, you can continue to buy lessons at our current pricing and will have the ability to save these credits and use them in 2023. These lesson credits can be used at any time and will never increase to higher prices or expire. Please note that packages or subscriptions cannot be refunded. You may have upto 24 lesson credits on your account at a time. Any purchases that would bring your account to over 24 lesson credits may be canceled and refunded*.

Starting January 1st, active subscriptions will move to the new pricing with your applicable discounts active (5-10% off for weekly and monthly, respectively). Please note, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the billing date to ensure you are not charged.

If you're not completely satisfied with your first lesson, we will find you a new teacher and pay for your first lesson.
Trial Lesson offer only valid for new customers. Limit 1 per customer. Customers that purchase an invalid trial lesson will be charged the full price of the package.
