We do our best to protect our students’ and teachers’ time, but we completely understand that unforeseen events and emergencies come up! Here are our general policies for canceling and rescheduling lesson, and exceptions for illness and emergencies will be made on a case by case basis.
- Greater than 24 hours before your lesson: Reschedule or cancel for free anytime.
- Fewer than 24 hours but greater than 4 hours before your lesson: Reschedule or cancel for a fee of 50% the full price of the lesson.
- If you cancel or rescheudle the lesson fewer than 4 hours before the lesson, you will be charged the full price of the lesson.Please Note
- You must cancel or reschedule your lesson through your original confirmation email or contacting our support at email@example.com or calling/texting 202-919-8082
. Contacting your teacher directly may result in duplicate charges.
- If you are having any difficulty joining the room and starting your lesson, please call or text us at 202-919-8082
as soon as possible. We may not be able to issue a refund for technical issues if you do not contact us about the problem.
